This pull request introduces a new docker-compose.yml file to set up and manage Docker services for the polycli and geth containers. The most important changes include defining the services, their configurations, and the network they will use.

Docker services setup:

• Added polycli service with build context, container name, volume mapping, dependency on geth, command to run, and network configuration.
• Added geth service with image specification, container name, port mapping, command to run, health check configuration, and network configuration.

Network configuration:

• Defined a custom network poly-network using the bridge driver.
