Use NOX for non-linear solution procedure in new solid time integration

Description

We need to understand how NOX is used in the new solid time integration and how one can simplify the interface. A port of the current code to Tpetra is not possible and makes no sense.

@vryy has documented how the new solid time integration interacts with NOX (slightly outdated, but still gives a good overview):
