Having issues with R36S

I don't know what happened to my emulator can someone help me out? I was playing Pokemon Red just fine last night and I changed a few settings I changed my brightness and a few other settings and it was working fine after I changed them, I'm not a coder or a tech wis just trying to find out how to fix this but there's not much information out there
