WCWA 30 Date

This document has conflicting information about date.
the doc name is DEcemebr99, suggesting december.
however the date entered in the document contains 12 but is formatted such that it is the day,not month.

when converted to excel type general, it same result.

when veiwed on dropbox it displays december, and brendan said same in execl online.

it is unclear if excel application is reading in and "interpreting" the date changing it or if it is user error naming the document forgetting typical format for this region (dd/mm/yyyy).

This type error should be checked in other places as wcwa 3-32 all are old xls files with the same or very similar structure
