Toggling a pump on/off doesn't work

1. Click a pump.
2. Click the power button.
3. Close the menu.
4. Notice that the pump hasn't toggled.
5. Click the pump again only to see that the power button is in its initial state.

Changing the pressure seems to properly alter pump pressure, at least in the UI.

Toggling SMES input/output also doesn't seem to work. But changing the values inputted/outputted does seem to work.

So I assume it's just an issue with the on/off button in general.

are there any errors if you press f12 or under the nodejs process?
