Using configuration options, it should be possible to connect to the API of a go-ipfs node.

In the browser:

pubsub won't work for now so IPFS will error out: Enable PubSub in the Browser ipfs-inactive/js-ipfs-http-client#518

In node everything should work. This will allow better support for running ChluIPFS inside Electron
