Tooltip: make syntax less verbose #521

Currently adding tooltips is quite verbose, especially if there are several in a component:

<Tooltip>
    <Tooltip.Trigger>
        <SomeComponent />
    </Tooltip.Trigger>
    <Tooltip.Content side="bottom">Tooltip Text</Tooltip.Content>
</Tooltip>

It would be helpful if this could be more condensed:

<Tooltip trigger={<ComponentA />} title="My tooltip">
   <ComponentB />
</Tooltip>
