CellNoise Error Compiling Kernel

CellNoise gives errors on Nuke 15.1v1 (and likely other versions of Nuke).

Attached is a gizmo with fixed kernels. Sorry, I am not experienced enough in dealing with gizmos to be able to provide this in a proper pull request, and don't have time to sort through it right now, but if someone needs this gizmo it is here.

Basically, the global variables needed to be moved into functions, and for some reason abs() was not compiling so simply tested signedness in line.
