Bug: Can't build for stm32f401 - No UART4 , UART5 #125

I'm attempting to build with features ["f401", "f4rt", "usb"]
However, it seems like the crate fails to build at util.rs

looking at the pac indeed RCC::APB1ENR does not have these functions

Also on the datasheet for stm32f401 we can see the part only has USART1,2 and 6

This bug exists both in master and version 1.8.5
