[Feature Request] Open the existing TaskExplorer instead of a new one.

As above, I'm not sure if multi TaskExplorer process is needed.

I'm not mean to open multi instance. I want to open the original instance minimized on tray.
For now (1.4.0), everytime I open TaskExplorer through shortcut, there comes a new instance.

BTW for now modifying - Tray options - On main window close is not working. It's always Close to Tray
