GUI broken on HiDPI monitor

I'm running this application on a 4K monitor with 200% scale (Win11 24H2), and I found for most controls there don't seem to have large enough space for texts.

This last three screenshots just shows that the row height is a little too small, just need minor tweaks. However, the first screenshot shows that specific control is totally not usable.
