Investigate Zazuko Ontology editor

@charlesvardeman mentioned that Zazuko's Ontology editor would be moving into the public domain and it might be useful to combine it with pyLODE or WIDOCO for generating geoschemas.org

pyLODE works as a Python library and on the Mac / Linux command lines. I guess it would take very little effort to have it work on the Windows command line too.

What other features would be helpful to make pyLODE work with other tools like Zazuko?
