Thanks IDEA:

This PR fixes minor grammar issues in the Chinese documentation:

Replaced "的" with "地 (de)" in phrases "私下的骚扰" and "公平的审查".
Replaced "帐户" → "账户". -


          Fix some grammatical errors in zh-CN translation.
