Add portuguese layout

Feature description

It would be great to have portuguese layout.

Why do you want this feature?

Portuguese is one of the most spoken languages, cause this a portuguese layout would greatly improve fossify keyboard usability for many people. Also i'm a portuguese native speaker.

Additional information

I'm not sure, but i supose the language layout also change key hitboxes and if this is true it would impact at the accuracy when typing, i feel like i misstype more when using fossify keyboard instead of futo keyboard, for example.
