Add the ability to quickly skin forward and backwards for situations where using the progress bar scrubbing is to hard in large audio file. Such as audio books and podcasts.
Implementation:
Add ⏪ (-10s) and ⏩ (+10s) buttons near playback controls.
(Optional) Allow users to customize the skip duration (e.g., 5s, 10s, 30s).
