Export Notes list

Just exported one of my Notes lists and was surprised that the txt file was full of formatting such as 👍
"isDone":false,"title":"
{"dateCreated":1734049760112,"id":18,
which has, basically, made it impossible to use as cannot even just find and replace offending text as it varies.
Was expecting the file to be just text of each Note but with each Note being on a separate line.

Is the issue my expectations, my setup or the Notes app?

As of now, tasks are exported in JSON format, there is an open issue regarding this: #37
