[Compat] Tier modifiers conflict when tiered items are equipped in Vanity Slots #83

Describe the Issue

I equipped a diamond chestplate with a Legendary prefix and a leather chestplate with a Common prefix. The diamond chestplate had +4 health, and the leather had -2 health as modifiers. The diamond chestplate was equipped in my chest slot, the leather one in my chest vanity slot. After waiting about 5 minutes, my health suddenly dropped to 20, possibly 22 health and regenerated to 24. This repeated twice within 30 seconds, then did not occur again in my ~11 minutes of testing. In my experience with a modpack that uses these two mods, this occurs infrequently but somewhat consistently.

Additionally, modifiers other than health are affected by this bug including speed and armor, but health is the easiest to visualize when the bug occurs.

I had previously used Things, so a few items may have been in my inventory when I disabled all other mods for testing.

Do you use any other mods except the required ones?

No. Only TieredZ, its dependencies, VanitySlots, and its dependencies were enabled.
