Context

I attempted to update an info draft proposal to a constitution-type proposal but couldn't enter the constitution URL or select the guardrails script checkbox. I encountered an error message.

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect wallet
2. Create an info proposal
3. Change the proposal type to "Update to Constitution"
4. TTry to add the constitution URL and Select the checkbox for enable guardrails Script and hash

Actual behavior

• Unable to add the constitution URL and select the guardrails script checkbox when changing the info draft to an "Update to Constitution" proposal.

Expected behavior

• Should be able to change the draft proposal to a constitution-type proposal without encountering any errors.
