Context

Participating in the discussion about proposals means being able to reply to the comments too.

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect the wallet on preview network and go to GovTool
2. Go to the Proposals section and verify your identity
3. Propose a Governance Action and choose Motion of no-confidence type
4. Comment and click to reply

Actual behavior

Blank screen is shown

(console log error show handlekeydown reference error)

Expected behavior

It should show you the reply to comment text field
