Context

Clicking feedback button should allow you to submit idea or a bug.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to preview.gov.tools or gov.tools
  2. Try to click Feedback button at the bottom right

Actual behavior

Nothing happens (there is an error in console log)

Expected behavior

It should open the modal for raising the bug or submitting a new idea
