While attempting to create a proposal, the screen goes blank upon selecting a proposal type.

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect wallet.
2. Navigate to the proposal creation form.
3. Select any proposal type.
4. Observe the blank screen.

Actual behavior

A blank screen appears on the proposal creation page when selecting a proposal type. The browser console logs an error:
