[Feature Request]: Scripted CIPP Alert for "Licensed Users that have not logged in for 90 days" to exclude Shared Mailbox / Blocked Sign-In #3120

Description of the new feature - must be an in-depth explanation of the feature you want, reasoning why, and the added benefits for MSPs as a whole.

Shared Mailboxes require to be licensed with Exchange Online Plan 2 when needing a larger primary mailbox and/or an In-Place Archive. When we do this, the scripted alert captures these accounts and reports as an alert. If the account is a Shared Mailbox and/or has sign-in blocked could this exclude this user. (Previously requested in #2966.

PowerShell commands you would normally use to achieve above request

(get-msoluser -userprincipalname [email protected]).blockcredential
