Missing elements in import/export JSON

Currently a couple things are missing from the setting import/export JSON:

• review presets
• fonts (names)

While the presets aren't technically a part of the settings, it would be nice to have them be portable. Similarly the fonts may not exist on the importing device, but they're nice to have due to the whole 'account freezing duplicating review items, requiring a log out'.
