When configured for Polargraph Kinematics, the PEN_UP_DOWN_MENU menu item uses hard-coded servo positions of 90° and 50° for 'Pen Up' and 'Pen Down' respectively. It would be nice to make use of the M281 'Servo Angles' values to define and store the 'Pen Up' and 'Pen Down' positions.
Also, if EDITABLE_SERVO_ANGLES is enabled on a polargraph build the M281 command is not activated because it only does so if HAS_Z_SERVO_PROBE, SWITCHING_EXTRUDER, or SWITCHING_NOZZLE are also enabled.
