Adapt run_demos.py to TF-PSA-Crypto and use it in all.sh components

• Adapt generate_query_config.pl to TF-PSA-Crypto (depends on Move certain "generate" scripts to the framework mbedtls-framework#91)

• Update or add CMakeLists.txt in programs/test to build the query_compile_time_config program. This depends on Move some files of programs to the framework mbedtls-framework#112.

• Adapt demo_common.sh and run_demos.py to TF-PSA-Crypto (depends on Move misc. "easy" scripts to the framework mbedtls-framework#87 and Move some files of programs to the framework mbedtls-framework#112).
  Note that we have a program run_demos.py, invoked by all.sh components, which runs all the scripts called *_demo.sh. Update run_demos.py so that it looks in framework/tests/programs for *_demo.sh scripts (see https://github.com/Mbed-TLS/mbedtls-framework/pull/131/files?show-viewed-files=true&file-filters%5B%5D=#r1959519526).

• Call run_demos.py in the relevant TF-PSA-Crypto components. The relevant TF-PSA-Crypto components are the components whose equivalent in mbedtls calls or used to call (component moved to TF-PSA-Crypto) run_demos.py. At time of writing, 4 components in components-configuration.sh, 6 in components-platform.sh and one in components-sanitizers.sh.
