Add tests for huggingface.LLaVA

Summary

We should add tests for LLaVA, that only run when local gpu available

Basic example

things to test:

  • does it instantiate?
  • send a Turn with appropriate fields
  • do we get text back?

Motivation

hard to keep up quality on things that don't have tests
