After update ocsreports from 2.6 to 2.8 verion in table software, hardware, network still display word processing.....
In xml file all data fill
please help

Hi @slawekdw

Unfortunately, it would be quite hard for us to debug an issue occurring with a 2.8.x since these versions are quite old now. What I would recommend is to update progressively through versions.
In any case, make sure to check the apache error.log whenever you encounter an issue, the apache conf file /etc/apache2/conf-available/z-ocsinventory-server.conf can also be updated to set OCS_OPT_DBI_PRINT_ERROR to 1 to get DB errors, if any. You'll need to restart apache for this to take effect.
