Show Cooler Loans Rate on Cooler Page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently cooler rate of 2892.92 USDS per gOHM only shows up when you connect wallet and then click on "Borrow USDS and Open Position".

Describe the solution you'd like. Include clear acceptance criteria.
It'd be helpful if the rate per gOHM shows up right next to the Borrow Rate at the top of the pag.
