Adapt logic to pull data from data tables

This task would consist on:

• Identifying which profiles can be refactored so the data is stored in different, more modular relational tables. @prustar can you put together a list of the CSV resources currently used by the profiles on all sites which could be brought towards our relational approach?
• Modify the logic of the profile pages, if needed, to show the data as it is wished.
• Possibly, and if suitable, integrate Data visualizations created following the guide on https://wiki.opendevelopmentmekong.net/partners:dashboards_and_datavizs on the profiles
