Update check notification request to turn off

I would like to request that you turn off update notification or have option to turn update notification off when first loading app on Windows 11

I have searched to turn this option off but can't find anything.

This seems to be a new thing in the app on Windows 11. It's very annoying.

For me, in Windows 11, it shows up with a toggle in the list with all other applications under System / Notifications.

Then I won't get notifications when I get a text message. I only want the "There is no updates" turned off so I don't see it every time I turn on my computer and the program loads. I never used to see this message. And I have to click it to make it go away.
