Print to stdout when prompt is active

Is there a way to log messages to stdout while there's a prompt active (input in my case) without causing some weird rendering?

This is hard to answer correctly without more context. Are you just debugging? Or you want your app to print content while it runs?

For debugging, when creating a prompt: best is to use @inquirer/testing utilities, as the prompt runs headless it won't mess up your unit test output. Still for debugging, but a CLI app using inquirer, a simple solution is to add a bunch of \n before/after the console.log content so the screen cleanup doesn't eat the log.

If you need this as an app feature, I don't have a ready made solution, but I think I'd look into using different streams and manually combining them in a way that make sense (e.g the stdin/stdout options of inquirer, or from where the logs are coming.) I think easiest thing to do (and IMO best UX) is to hold the logs until the prompt is completed, then print the logs.
