Ability to log into a user account for personalized settings and different account access roles.

  • Add drop-down menu somewhere in the top bar for login
  • Add "user creation" area somewhere, probably in Settings. Hide behind "admin" if at least two types of account exists.
    • Default to "admin" if only one usertype exists?
  • Go through code and gate some items behind access levels.
