UTF-8 Characters missing from generated report

Some types of dash characters (and potentially some other characters) get removed from generated report.

1. Add some type of dashes to text.
2. In the generated report, the dashes are either removed, or removed with some text near them

Thanks @zer0lik. This is something we need to fix. Others have noted similar issues with non-ASCII double quotes and the like.
