In situations like #3322 #3394 of #3388 it would be possible for the user running a renku session on an own machine to have an immediate solution if it would be possible to pass arbitrary flags to docker when running renku session start.

Another aspect for which it would be useful is to mount additional volumes. In our case we often analyse many measurements before we decide which ones to actually publish, and thus put on renku.
