Feature request: Add items when offline

What's the feature 🧐

It would be helpful to be able to put items on the shopping list when offline. I often remember that I want to buy something when somewhere without signal.

You should be able to add items offline 🤔 The only restriction right now is that the search doesn't suggest items.

I just tested it:
In "forced offline mode" it was indeed possible to add items.
I then turned the "forced offline mode" off, and airplane mode on instead. I could not add items to the list.
