When passing "--name" with no argument, the "name" is set to "true":

$ sdc-listmachines
[
{
"id": "aba8620f-fe99-4d61-85f1-c244612b72a4",
"name": "true",
Later calls like this fail with "Invalid VM arguments" or some such.
--name should throw an error if its empty.
