Change initial file location for project files to be the same place the current file was loaded from

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I am frustrated when I save a project file and find that I have saved it in a previous location, from which I had loaded the previous model, rather than into the location from which the current model was loaded. Then I have to find out where I saved it and move it to the current model's location.

Set the current file location for project files to be the same one from which the current model was loaded.

+1, V4.12.1 doesn't do this. It remembers where files came from [even if it then forgets the file and changes the filename to one used previously, bug #13372
