There are several great resources that don't really fall under a specific category but provide great background knowledge for everyone in development or open source. The Fireship YouTube channel for instance, and also the stack overflow developer survey. I didn't open a PR because I'm not sure where it would go in the layout.

Plus maybe other people also have ideas about more casual and general resources.
