Is it necessary to use static filtering in evaluating temporal flickering？ I got an empty folder “temporal_filtered_cilps”. Does it mean that I failed to evaluate this metric?

Yes, the temporal_flickering dimension requires static filtering before evaluation. This step is aimed at selecting video segments that are close to static for the evaluation. Typically, more video samples need to be collected for this dimension to meet the filtering requirements.
