Can't use Bold/Italic/Strike buttons with SCAYT turned on

The fix has been released in version 4.6. Please find license and hosted change logs:

The fix is in SCAYT CORE. If you use hosted version, you already have it. If Licensed, the upgrade is needed."

We confirm the issue with the following steps:

1. Open sample page with SCAYT plugin for CKEditor enabled
2. Ctrl+B/I/U or click Bold/Italic/Strike button on toolbar
3. Start typing

Expected result: Typed text has the styles.

Actual result: Styles are not applied for the typed text
