Show the global state of sliders (e.g. block spacing) on local elements that inherit the state as well. #52858

What problem does this address?
I'm using blocks for a while but just realized todat that you can override the global state by wiggling the local sliders to the right and back to zero.
I've removed global block spacing alltogether until now and decided to use spacers within posts, which isn't a great way of doing things when local overrides work.
The sliders are set to zero by default regardless of the state the elements they belong to inherit, meaning they don't show the global state set in global styles. This lead me to believe that the global state couldn't be overriden locally.
People who miss hidden glitchy stuff like this may go on about a rant complaining about missing features that are already in place, just not well communicated to users.
What is your proposed solution?
Indicate the global state somehow, maybe using a lower contrast color/ghost state on the local slider inheriting the global setting.
