Add ability to increase font size in quotes

This has come up before but a recent batch of tests had a large amount of requests for this, I am including them here as evidence. I think in light of the amount of people that seem to want this, we should reconsider having it as an option. These all came from the usability test feedback the Yoast team recently did but they are common place in testing feedback.

We are unable to find how to increase the size of the quote. - The get the quote to work the way we want it to we need to change it to a paragraph because we can’t format a quote the way we want to.

Whilst we have said themes will style this, I think it's pretty clear from these quotes and others that users want to be able to adjust and interact with how quotes display. It seems as a result a good step to add what we have for paragraphs.
