Details of the scenario you tried and the problem that is occurring

You should be able to create an ADFS Farm without specifying the ServiceAccountCredential parameter if the GroupServiceAccountIdentifier parameter is specified instead.

Suggested solution to the issue

Modify the schema and resource module to make the ServiceAccountCredential parameter non-mandatory
