$ cat a_buggy.smt2 
(set-option :model.partial true)
(assert (forall ((X (Array Bool Bool))) (select X true)))
(check-sat)
$ z3 a_buggy.smt2 
Segmentation fault: 11

If (set-option :model.partial true) line is removed, z3 answers correctly.
