报错：OracleForStatement not allow : declare ... #4938

自定义了一个动态sql，里面执行一段存储过程：
declare
cnt number(16):=0;
begin
--这里面是业务代码
commit;
end;

然后执行，报错：
com.alibaba.druid.sql.dialect.oracle.ast.stmt.OracleForStatement not allow :declare。。。。
