修正druid-spring-boot-3-starter错误: 删除不应该放在main目录下的配置文件
并增加自动配置的适配文件：增加适配SpringBoot3的自动配置声明文件
springboot 3 已经废除 spring.factories。
需要类路径下创建META-INF/spring/org.springframework.boot.autoconfigure.AutoConfiguration.imports文件，文件的内容是：每个实现类的全类名单独一行
