AMPHTML ads

Reduce runtime size of AMPHTML ads (ampproject/amphtml#22867)

• Reduced size from 285KB to 262KB (unzipped) by removing some unnecessary services
• Working on a bigger refactoring on "resources" service to kill another ~30KB. (I2I: Refactor & remove resources service from amp4ads runtime amphtml#23311)

Separate AMPHTML ads's CSS from regular AMP (ampproject/amphtml#22418)

• Friendly iframe rendering experiment WIP
• Inabox rendering experiment WIP

Tests & tooling

• Added more visual diffing tests. (✅More visual diff tests for AMPHTML ads in both FIE & inabox amphtml#23521)
• Unskipped a couple of integration tests, and added some more. (Add integration test for FIE rendering. amphtml#23438, Fix AMPHTML ads integration tests under FF & Edge amphtml#23543, Am I lucky today? amphtml#23537, unskip amphtml ads BTF integration test amphtml#23500)
• Added & re-organized AMPHTML ads examples. (Re-organize amphtml ads examples. amphtml#23578)
• AMPHTML ads integration guidelines (Add SDK integration doc for inabox. amphtml#23272)

amp-youtube deprecation (ampproject/amphtml#21340)

• Following deprecation process: made public announcement, printing warning messages.
• Will introduce validator rule changes to formally disallow it after 6wks.
