Describe the request

A type "installed" for filtering will be great as in library manager.
It seems to be missing

Describe the current behavior

Currently we have to scroll all the list to find installed board packages

Arduino IDE version

2.3.4

Operating system

Linux

Operating system version

Ubuntu 24.04.1
