Debian packaging instructions are not correct and map_data folder missing.

Instructions for building Debian package are incorrect and the map_data folder is missing.

I did successfully create a deb package by first installing an earlier version and copying the map data to the map_data folder, then calling the build script create-deb-package.sh from the scripts folder.

I didn't want to push this folder for a long time, because it is too big. But apparently the time has come for it)
