There are two different ffmpeg-kit releases. I don't understand which one you're referring to. Would you mind filling out the bug report template please?

I downloaded some zips from the release page. For example,

ying@yingmbp ~/Downloads/ffmpeg-kit-full-gpl-4.4-macos-xcframework
$ tree libavcodec.xcframework -d -L 1
libavcodec.xcframework
└── macos-arm64_x86_64

1 directory
  • Is macos-x86_64 missing here ?

No, macos-arm64_x86_64 directory includes both arm64 and x86_64. The library under the .framework is a fat library and arm64 is included in there.
